At EF E-Learning First LLC, we provide online English courses and digital learning services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when refunds are available and how we handle refund requests. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to this policy.

General Policy
We design our courses to deliver value as soon as a student gains access to lessons, materials, or live sessions. Because our services are digital and time-based, refund eligibility depends on course usage.

Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund in the following cases:

• Before the course starts and before accessing any materials
• If we cancel the course for any reason
• If there is a verified technical issue that prevents access to the course

Once you attend a class or access learning materials, we consider the service delivered in part, and refund eligibility may be reduced.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

• Completed or attended live sessions
• Accessed or downloaded course materials
• Issued certificates
• Discounted or promotional packages
• Partial use of any course

Installment Payments
If you choose to pay in installments, you agree to complete the full payment plan. If you stop attending after the course starts, you may still be responsible for remaining payments based on the level of access already provided.

Course Cancellation
If we cancel a course, we will either:

• Issue a full refund, or
• Offer you an alternative course of equal value

We always inform students as soon as possible in such cases.

Refund Processing
We process approved refunds within 7 to 14 business days. We return the money using the original payment method whenever possible. Delays may occur depending on banks or payment providers.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your full name, course details, and proof of payment. We review all requests individually and respond as quickly as possible.
